Associate
Jannet is an Associate in the Real Estate and Securitization Department.
She advises clients across a broad range of real estate and property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, real estate structuring, land use and planning, project structuring, securitization, property due diligence and estate planning and succession. She works with developers, financial institutions, corporates and private clients on both standalone transactions and complex, multi-faceted projects.
Jannet approaches her work with a strong focus on understanding client objectives and delivering structured, efficient and commercially practical solutions. She is known for independence, precision and collaborative approach to complex transactional work.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya in good standing.
