Denis Mutugi specializes in Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. 

Denis graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Hons) from The University of Nairobi in 2021 and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2023. 

Denis has amassed a considerable wealth of experience in conducting legal research on various complex legal matters touching on Commercial, Insurance, Employment and Insolvency law and bankruptcy. In addition, he has mastered the art of trial advocacy and handled novel and high-value litigation matters before the Superior Courts, Subordinate Courts as well as Tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies to which he has delivered excellent results.  To wit, Denis has shown great interest in the evolving legal landscape and has taken part in the developing areas of law; Data Protection and Climate Law and Governance. 

Denis is a firm believer that the justice system is the foundation upon which a harmonious and equitable society is built. Thus, he ensures that the society benefits from his expertise as a practitioner.

His main areas of practice are; Banking and finance, Environment and land Law, Employment and labour Relations Law, Judicial Review, Insolvency and bankruptcy, Probate, Property Realization and Debt recovery.
