Virginiah is the youngest partner in the firm. Her expertise spans a wide array of complex conveyancing, banking & securitization and commercial/corporate transactions.  She is also a key member and contributes extensively to the firm’s Insolvency & Administration and Data protection departments.

She also wears the hat of the chief mentor as the partner in charge of the firm’s pupillage programme. She spearheads the firm’s talent acquisition and retention programme.

Currently, Virginiah is pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate and Financial Services Law at the University of Nairobi, further enhancing her expertise in the field. Additionally, she is actively engaged in a Company Secretary course, to equip herself with the knowledge and skills necessary for navigating corporate governance challenges.

As a respected member of the East Africa Law Society, Virginiah has served on the Land Law and Real Estate Committee, where her contributions earned her recognition. She has been awarded for her exemplary service and commitment to the legal profession, reflecting her dedication and significant impact within the industry

  2. As one of the lead partners, she oversees two major construction and development projects, each valued at over Kshs 1 billion. Her involvement ensures these large-scale projects are successfully executed, and that all legal complexities are meticulously managed.
